2. Ordering and Delivery

• Orders must be placed by 8 PM for next-day delivery
• Minimum order value of Rs. 1500 required for free delivery
• We currently deliver within Valley only
• Delivery times may vary based on location and weather conditions
• Customer must be available to receive fresh produce deliveries

3. Product Quality

We guarantee the freshness of all products at the time of delivery. If you're not satisfied with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Payment Terms

• We accept cash on delivery, digital wallets, and bank transfers
• All prices are in Nepalese Rupees and include applicable taxes
• Prices may vary based on seasonal availability

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 2 hours after placing them. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as items may already be in preparation.

6. Account Management

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violation of terms

By creating an account, you agree to receive order updates and promotional communications. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time.
